FAQ

  • When will you start turning systems on?
Depending on the weather, usually towards the end of April or first part of May.

  • When will you start winterizing systems?
Depending on the weather we will usually be ready to start winterizing systems around the middle of September.

  • What do I do if it looks like it's going to freeze and you haven't arrived yet to blow out my system?
Turn the water off (handles cross-wise to the pipe) inside and then turn the water off outside at the backflow, leaving the handles at a 45 degree angle to the pipe. You can now open (and keep open) the drains to let any excess water drain out. Don't forget a bucket to leave under the one inside! If you have any exposed pipes outside please cover them with a blanket or towel.

  • After you blew my system out I have water dripping out the drain inside. What do I do?
Some water dripping is normal. If it has been dripping for more than a week, you'll need to call a plumber and let them know you need a new shutoff valve. Your shut-off valve has most likely failed. Make sure you have a bucket under the drip and keep an eye on its water level so it doesn't overflow.

  • Do I need to be home for Spring Activation or Fall Winterization?
No, but we do need to have access to your controller and water shut-off valve unless you can turn on or off the water - depending on the season. Always make sure all drains are closed first.

  • Do you do installations?
We do NOT do new installations or free estimates at this time.

  • How do I pay my bill electronically?
You can click the pay now button above and enter the total amount at the bottom of the invoice, including tax.
